This is a therapy that aims to pinpoint and treat any problem that is of a mechanical nature. Problems that prevent the body from working correctly or that create pain can be caused by an injury or stress. This can result in what is known as a tension headache since the stress experienced causes a contraction in muscles.
In osteopathy, it is believed that if the basic framework of the body is undamaged, then all physical activities can be accomplished efficiently and without causing any problems. The majority of disorders are of the spine resulting in pain in the lower back and neck. Manipulation techniques are used on joints as well as massage to free tension. Can be used to relieve chronic or minor problems:
- Joint pain
- Muscular strains and pulls
- Upper and lower back pains
- Repetitive strain injury
- Mobility problems
- Sports injuries
- Sports training enhancements
- Skeletal developments in children

Adam is a Registered Massage Therapist trained at the West Coast School of Massage Therapy in Vancouver Canada. The 3000 hour course gave him the confidence and skills he needed to needed to become a confident and powerful therapist that has a sense of whats going on in the body. For the past two years Adam ran a successful practice working out of a clinic called Total Therapy. The success of my practice in Canada was a result of my ability to build up and maintain a positive relationship with my clients and coworkers.
Adam plays football, golf, squash, and back home in Canada he loves to play Ice hockey. Sports is one of his passions and he can relate to injuries and muscles tightness due to an active lifestyle. He studied sports massage with the founder of LSSM, Mel Cash, at University of Westminster. He has also trained for 16 years in martial arts and weight training and understands how important it is while training to take care of your body with massage.

He looks at the whole body and posture to see where the muscle imbalances are. His clients range from tri athletes, marathon runners and weight lifters.
