The Awareness Centre Addiction Recovery Programme

The Awareness Centre Addiction Recovery Programme is a non-residential programme for addicts in recovery who suffer from addiction with drugs, alcohol, gambling, sex, food disorders and other compulsive behaviours . The Awareness Centre offers a safe, drug-free environment in order to provide an intensive, holistic programme of rehabilitation that aims to equip clients with the cognitive and behavioural skills as well as emotional resolve to live a healthy, addiction and compulsion-free life.

Based upon the 12-step treatment model, the programme integrates elements drawn from motivational enhancement therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy, bodywork and humanistic psychotherapy offering a holistic approach to recovery and lasting change through three stages of treatment; Primary, Secondary and Aftercare.  The treatment stage required for individuals will be determined through one to one assessments.
