Initial Consultation
We will have a consultation before starting, to look at how we might work together and decide if counselling would be beneficial for you. There is no commitment to ongoing sessions at this stage.

Fee: The initial consultation and sessions will cost between £50 and £65, depending on the time of the session, and your personal circumstances. There may be low cost sessions available. Sessions can be arranged for once or twice a week.
